- Conduct contractor Pre-qualification Review,
- Notify contractors of date, time and place of pre-bid conference,
- Schedule, attend and conduct pre-bid conference,
- Review Substitution Requests during bidding,
- Prepare and distribute addenda,
- Review bidding results and prepare bid analysis,
- Negotiate a suitable contract amount with contractor,
- Assist in development of Owner/Contractor Agreement.
