We make sure that the sub-contractor follows manufacturer details and he is using proper, approved materials.

- Schedule and conduct pre-construction conference
- Stucco system and product, submittal review
- Mock-up and difficult details review with sub-contractor and owners
- Schedule and conduct progress meetings
- Intermediate project monitoring and observation of the work
- Preparation of "to-do" items (punch list) of incomplete or unsatisfactory project items
- Monitor and inspect "to-do" items (punch-list) for satisfactory completion
- Preparation of project completion documentation
- Provide notice of final review
- Forward warranty letter, affidavits, releases, bonds and waivers to client.
